  • Ensure adequate lighting, ventilation, and cleanliness

  • Provide safe food and beverages when offered

Parents/guardians are encouraged to notify us of any concerns.

⭐  Supervision & Staff Training

We ensure that:

  • Staff and volunteers are trained in youth safety practices

  • Adults supervising children have completed required screenings

  • Appropriate adult‑to‑child ratios are maintained

  • Staff model respectful, positive behavior at all times

We are committed to creating a nurturing, supportive environment.

⭐  Health Information & Medical Needs

Families agree to:

  • Provide accurate health information during registration

  • Inform us of allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements

  • Supply necessary medications or equipment when applicable

We:

  • Follow emergency procedures when needed

  • Contact parents/guardians promptly if a health concern arises

  • Do not administer medication unless pre‑approved in writing

⭐  Illness & Attendance

To protect all participants, we ask that children stay home if they:

  • Have a fever, vomiting, or contagious illness

  • Show symptoms that may affect their ability to participate safely

We may request early pickup if a child becomes ill during a program.

⭐  Emergency Preparedness

We maintain readiness by:

  • Training staff in emergency response procedures

  • Keeping first‑aid supplies on site

  • Establishing clear evacuation and safety plans

  • Coordinating with emergency services when necessary

In emergencies, we will always prioritize the safety of children.

We promote a positive environment by:

  • Encouraging kindness, respect, and cooperation
